I consider myself a true European, being half French, half German, and having been living in Denmark for almost 20 years. I am married to a Dane and I am the mother of two, a boy and a girl.

After obtaining a Master of Science in EU Business and Law at the Aarhus School of Business in Denmark, I have worked in international/global positions for 15 years, working mainly as a Product/Category Manager, in large organizations such as GN (Jabra), Sony Mobile, Bang & Olufsen and Pandora Jewellery. This gave me the opportunity to work with various parts of the organizations and meet different profiles of people across the world.

I have myself experienced the power and benefits of coaching as part of the talent management program of Sony Mobile. Since then, my aspiration has been to use my learnings and own beneficial experience to support others. I have been amazed to see how clear things can become when you take the time to reflect and say things out loud.

I love travelling around the world, meeting new people and hearing their stories. I believe that everyone is a diamond. Sometimes it is just a question of polishing it with the help of coaching to find out what makes someone shine.

I am a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute, which is one of the most thorough coaching education on the market. I am also a Professional Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation, a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC) from Positive Intelligence.
